Abud-Darda’ (Radhiallahu Anhu) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever commits to memory the first ten Ayat of the Surat Al-Kahf, will be protected from (the trial of) Ad-Dajjal (Antichrist).” [Muslim]
First 10 Verses of Surah Kahf
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِیْۤ اَنْزَلَ عَلٰى عَبْدِهِ الْكِتٰبَ وَ لَمْ یَجْعَلْ لَّهٗ عِوَجًاؕٚ(۱)
قَیِّمًا لِّیُنْذِرَ بَاْسًا شَدِیْدًا مِّنْ لَّدُنْهُ وَ یُبَشِّرَ الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ الَّذِیْنَ یَعْمَلُوْنَ الصّٰلِحٰتِ اَنَّ لَهُمْ اَجْرًا حَسَنًاۙ(۲)
مَّاكِثِیْنَ فِیْهِ اَبَدًاۙ(۳)
وَّ یُنْذِرَ الَّذِیْنَ قَالُوا اتَّخَذَ اللّٰهُ وَلَدًاۗ(۴)
مَا لَهُمْ بِهٖ مِنْ عِلْمٍ وَّ لَا لِاٰبَآىٕهِمْؕ-كَبُرَتْ كَلِمَةً تَخْرُ جُ مِنْ اَفْوَاهِهِمْؕ-اِنْ یَّقُوْلُوْنَ اِلَّا كَذِبًا(۵)
فَلَعَلَّكَ بَاخِعٌ نَّفْسَكَ عَلٰۤى اٰثَارِهِمْ اِنْ لَّمْ یُؤْمِنُوْا بِهٰذَا الْحَدِیْثِ اَسَفًا(۶)
اِنَّا جَعَلْنَا مَا عَلَى الْاَرْضِ زِیْنَةً لَّهَا لِنَبْلُوَهُمْ اَیُّهُمْ اَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا(۷)
وَاِنَّا لَجٰعِلُوْنَ مَا عَلَیْهَا صَعِیْدًا جُرُزًاؕ(۸)
اَمْ حَسِبْتَ اَنَّ اَصْحٰبَ الْكَهْفِ وَ الرَّقِیْمِۙ-كَانُوْا مِنْ اٰیٰتِنَا عَجَبًا(۹)
اِذْ اَوَى الْفِتْیَةُ اِلَى الْكَهْفِ فَقَالُوْا رَبَّنَاۤ اٰتِنَا مِنْ لَّدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً وَّ هَیِّئْ لَنَا مِنْ اَمْرِنَا رَشَدًا(۱۰)
